1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Kelga application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Kelga is a poultry farm management system that provides tools for:

• Inventory and livestock tracking
• Financial management and reporting
• Sales and purchase recording
• Employee management
• Health and vaccination tracking
• Feed and expense management

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. The App includes automatic lockout features after multiple failed login attempts.

3.3 Multi-User Access

Administrators can grant access to employees with specific role-based permissions. The primary account holder is responsible for all user activities within their organization.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Kelga only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the App for any fraudulent or illegal activities
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Upload malicious code or harmful content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Data Accuracy and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all data entered into the App, including financial records, inventory counts, and business information. We do not verify the accuracy of your data and are not responsible for any losses resulting from incorrect information.

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Kelga and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App without our written permission.

7. Payment and Subscription

If applicable, subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kelga shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits or revenue
• Loss of data or business information
• Business interruption
• Livestock losses or health issues
• Financial miscalculations or reporting errors

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
• The App will meet your specific business requirements
• The calculations or reports will be completely accurate
• Any errors or defects will be corrected

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kelga and its developers from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

13. Data Retention After Termination

Upon account termination, we may delete your data after 30 days. It is your responsibility to export any needed data before termination.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via the App or email. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Iraq, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

16. Support Language

The App is available in Kurdish, Arabic, and English. Support may be provided in any of these languages based on availability.
